Simply Staging offer set prices for property staging vacant properties.
FIXED PRICING
We offer fixed pricing for full property staging on vacant properties.
INSURANCE
Full replacement insurance with no excess payable is included in the initial fee.
In the event that items are stolen, additional security (e.g. a wired alarm) would be required, before any items are replaced.
UP TO 3 MONTHS
The staging is yours for a maximum of 3 months from the date the staging was set up, or until a sale is unconditional, or the property is withdrawn from the market, whichever happens first.
The fixed fee applies regardless of the length of time that the staging is in the property. All fees are invoiced up front.
Please note, we don’t provide outdoor furniture as it cannot be insured.
